Karneval im Sommer - das gibt's nicht nur in Rio, sondern auch in Hamburg, und verbirgt sich unter dem Deckmantel "Schlagermove" - eine grosse Parade, wo alle über 30 alle Lieder mitsingen können, und am Abend eine große Party. Bis zum 16.07.2016 ist noch Zeit, Oma das Blümchenkleid und Opa die Schlaghose abzuschwatzen - falls sie nicht selber hingehen, was gar nicht so unwahrscheinlich ist! Carneval in Summer - not only in Rio, you can experience this in Hamburg! It is called "Schlagermove" after the German-language songs that peaked around the 60s, and that still everyone in his/her 30s and above knows by heart. There is a parade in the afternoon, and a concert-party in the evening. You still have time till 16 July 2016 to convince granny to borrow you her flower dress or granddaddy for his bell-bottoms - unless they'll go themselves, which isn't too unlikely, actually.
